I have a wonderful wife of 50 years, 3 fantastic children, and ten amazing grandchildren. I was in upper management for 41 years for the largest, international, transportation company. During this time of employment my family and I lived in Indianapolis Indiana, Sacramento California, and Cincinnati Ohio. My wife and I moved to Tennessee in 2012 and love Middle Tennessee. I love helping people buy and sell their homes. I have experience ranging from 1st time buyers to selling inherited property from deceased parents. For instance, I have cut and dug out the overgrown landscaping on several of my listings and replanted with new landscaping. I have staged clients homes and helped move extra furniture into temporary storage until the home was sold. I have also helped clean client's homes for last minute showings so the client could get her children out of the house so they wouldn't mess it up. I have helped elderly clients sell furniture and appliances to help make the process of downsizing easier. I have a good list of contractors that can help you renovate your home before selling if you wish. Most realtors don't offer that level of service.
